As one of the largest conglomerates in Bangladesh, ACI operates through four strategic business units: Health Care, Consumer Brands, Agribusinesses, and Retail Chain. The conglomerate contributes significantly to various sectors, including pharmaceuticals, consumer products, agriculture, and retail, impacting the lives of millions.
