About Aftab Automobiles Limited
Aftab Automobiles Limited, formerly East Pakistan Automobiles Limited, was established in 1967 with a mission to assemble Toyota Land Cruiser (Jeep). Initially a Private Limited Company, it converted into a Public Limited Company in 1981. The company is the largest assembler and progressive manufacturer of Toyota and Hino vehicles in the private sector of Bangladesh. The assembling plant is located in Chittagong on approximately 12.33 acres of land.
