BDTHAI Aluminum, established in 1979, is a prominent company headquartered at BTA Tower in Dhaka, Bangladesh. The company operates manufacturing units, "Unit-1" initiated production on 8 February 1981, and "Unit-2" started on 30 September 1990 & 01 May 2003. BTA Aluminum is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of high-quality Aluminium Profiles for doors, windows, curtain walls, partitions, false ceilings, automobiles, railway windows, tower bolts, and other industrial products. As a public listed company since 1991, BTA Aluminum is listed on the Dhaka and Chittagong Stock Exchanges. The authorized capital is BDT 2000 million, with a paid-up capital of BDT 1277.75 Million as of 31-03-2021. The company has 16,157 shareholders as of 30th June 2020. Each share has a face value of BDT 10/=, and the current market price is BDT 24.80/= as of 28-06-2021. The company boasts a production capacity of 1,000 Metric Tons per month.
