The company's commercial operations commenced on May 02, 2003, with its factory located at Vill./Mouza: Shirir Chala, P.O.: Bhabanipur, P.S.: Joydevpur, Dist: Gazipur. ETL is primarily involved in the manufacturing and sale of 100% deemed export-oriented yarn-dyed woven fabric. A subsidiary of ETL, Evitex Fashions Limited (EFL), was incorporated as a private Limited company on April 11, 2004, under the Companies Act 1994. EFL initiated its commercial operations on May 02, 2005, with its registered office at Plot No-33, Section-7, Mirpur, Dhaka-1216, and the factory located at Vill./Mouza: Shirir Chala, P.O.: Bhabanipur, P.S.: Joydevpur, Dist: Gazipur. EFL is primarily engaged in the manufacture and export of Ready Made Garments.
