Provati Insurance Company Limited commenced its business operations in 1996 under the leadership of founder Chairman Alhaj Moksud Ali, who also chaired the Bhaiya Group of Industries. The Bhaiya Group includes Nabisco Biscuit & Bread Factory, Dhaka Match Factory, Sattar Match Factory, Hamidia Oil Mills, and Pacific Consumer Goods. With 59 branches nationwide, Provati Insurance is a well-established and respected company providing employment opportunities across the country. The company issues insurance policies through computerized mechanisms in most branches. It achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification in 2008, being the first non-life insurance company to receive this certification.
