The company, initially established as a private limited entity named Salvo Chemical Industry Limited in 2002, commenced its journey in Bangladesh under the Companies Act, 1994. The incorporation, documented with Registration No. "C-44978(1446) 2002" dated 29 January 2002, took place with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms (RJSCF) in Dhaka. Later, on 4 August 2008, the company underwent a conversion to a Public Limited Company, as confirmed by the registration with the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies & Firms (RJSCF), Dhaka.
